How do I sign up for camp?
Can I pick my own roommate?
Yes, you certainly can, even if you don't enroll for camp at the same time. Campers are housed, two to a room and we honor all roommate requests. Larger groups of campers are housed together in the dorm in the pairs they select. If three campers attend to together, we will put two together in one room and the third camper would be next door or across the hall (and would be roomed with the third camper from another group of three.) Campers can decide those groupings, or we would be glad to make the assignements randomly.
Do you offer group or sibling discounts?
Yes we do! All siblings receive a $15.00 discount for each session attended.
What is the difference between overnight, extended day camp, and day camp options?
Overnight campers receive supervised housing and all meals. Overnight campers register on the first day of camp between 1:00-2:00 p.m., and then are picked up at 4:30 p.m. on the last day of camp
Extended Day campers attend the same program as our Overnight campers, but are provided with lunch and dinner only, and make their own housing arrangements off-campus. Extended Day campers register on the first day of camp between 1:00-2:00 p.m., and then are picked up at 9:45 p.m. For the rest of the camp session Extended Day campers are dropped off at 9:00 a.m. and picked up at 9:45 p.m. On the last day camp ends at 4:30 p.m.
Day campers attend from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and bring their own lunch and drinks. Day Camps are only offered at specific locations. Please check our schedule for details.
When will I receive my registration packet?
Registration packets will be e-mailed out the first week of May. Registration packets include information on when to arrive at camp, what to bring, directions, health forms, etc. Once available, packets can also be downloaded from our website through the My Camps link.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees paid. This is valid through 2018 and is transferable to any family member and may be used at any McCracken Camp. Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Cancellation Protection.
What is the optional Cancellation Protection fee?
The Cancellation Protection fee can be purchased for $50 per camp session, and is the only way to receive a cash refund in the event of a cancellation. If you cancel by your Camp Tuition “balance due” date, you will receive a refund of all Camp Tuition payments made. If you cancel after your Camp Tuition “balance due” date, you will receive a camp credit good for any McCracken Basketball Camp through 2018.
Is late check-in possible?
Yes, even if you cannot make it to camp for the scheduled check-in time, you can still attend any session of camp you would like. Just call the camp office and we will explain how to register and get checked-in for your camp.
At our overnight camps, special arrangments can be made for early check-in or late pick-up, but only for up to one hour before or after the scheduled times.
